Abstract
Parton correlations in quark and gluon jets are studied by calculating moments of their multiplicity distributions in fixed-coupling QCD. An exact solution of the problem for moments of any rank is found. The ratio of cumulant to factorial moments reveals an oscillatory structure which is very sensitive to tiny details of the distributions. Keywords
