Phallic Urethra in an Endocrine Female and Its Surgical Correction

Abstract
A female child (a case of pseudohermaphroditism) born with an enlarged phallus containing a vestigial urethra suffered from urinary incontinence through a fistula into a cloacal opening. Urethral and anal reconstruction with local tissues established normal sphincter control. Vaginal repositioning and preservation of the clitoris should allow normal sexual function.
