Abstract
Cytoplasmic `saccules', bordered by monolayer membranes, containing round, virus-like particles, with a diameter of about 200 Å, are described in liver cells of 11 patients suffering from viral hepatitis. The differences between this pattern, glycogenic clumps of granules, polysomes, and cytoplasmic autolysis processes are discussed. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
