Abstract
The cathodoluminescence emission spectra of a number of cubic ZnS crystals have been measured at 8 K. Two series of LO‐assisted bands were observed with their zero‐order components at 3360 and 3395 A. were prominent at 3300 and 3330 A.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
