Abstract
High-spin states in were populated in the fusion-evaporation reaction between 27 and 45 MeV incident energy and in the reaction at 14.4 MeV. The decay scheme is obtained from and coincidence measurements. The assignments for the levels at 4743, 4824, and 5315 keV result from angular distributions, directional correlation ratios, and excitation functions. The lifetime of the 5315 keV level was measured in a recoil distance experiment.
