Abstract
Complexes of 4-picoline with Lewis acids have been prepared and their infrared spectra from 4 000 to 650 cm−1 recorded. Regular trends in certain absorption bands in the aromatic molecule, particularly those due to vibrations of the CC and CN bonds, are similar to those in pyridine complexes.Keywords
