Abstract
A strain of Plasmodium gallinaceum has been treated for 10 weeks with sulphadiazine (5 mg./20 g.) in the presence of p-aminobenzoic acid in doses (0·5 mg./ 20 g.) inhibiting the sulphadiazine. No resistance to paludrine or to sulphadiazine has developed. Keywords
