Abstract
In a sample of 25 skulls from Bengal the author found 6 (24%) to possess a rare sucure, formed by the meeting of the orbital plates of the frontal bone in the mid-line. This suture, extending from the post. border of the cribriform plate of the ethmoid to the ant. border of the jugum of the sphenoid, he proposes to name "ante-sphenoid" or "post-ethmoid suture of the frontals.".Keywords
