Abstract
The three-dimensional anisotropic charged harmonic oscillator in a uniform magnetic field and in a laser field in the dipole approximation is shown to be an exactly solvable quantum-mechanical problem. It can serve as a model for atoms or molecules interacting with magnetic and laser fields of arbitrary strength. The solution is derived in an entirely algebraic manner. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
