Abstract
The major species of primer RNA required for the initiation of DNA synthesis by the Rous sarcoma virus RNA-directed DNA polymerase can be aminoacylated by tryptophan. Furthermore, an intact 3' terminus is required for the primer to function in the initiation of DNA synthesis. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
