Abstract
The characteristics of a monolithic surface‐wave acoustic amplifier are described. Using indium antimonide vacuum‐deposited on lithium niobate, electronic gain of 70 dB with a terminal gain of 24 dB has been obtained at 660 MHz.Keywords
