Solitary Dural Plasmacytoma

Abstract
Only 4 of the 9 published cases of solitary, extraskeletal, intracranial human plasmacytomas are considered authentic. An accidentally discovered dural plasmacytoma was described and attention was drawn to this rare lesion which might have a different prognosis from the rather benign course of meningioma with which it is confused.
