Abstract
Disc electrophoresis of seed proteins identified the extra chromosome involved in primary trisomics of barley. Each of the seven primary trisomics could be distinguished from diploids and from each other. Electrophoresis provided a precise biochemical criterion for identification of trisomics. Keywords
