Abstract
A monoclonal antibody to a protein with a single band in the 30‐kD region was obtained from fusion of Balb/C mouse spleen cells immunized with epithelial fractions of BPH, with the myeloma cell line P3 × 63 Ag8 6.5.3 by standard procedures. This antigen was characterized in immunobinding studies with various cellular and target antigens and in immunoperoxidase staining. Keywords
