Abstract
Right and left heart biplane cine-angiocardiography using 9-inch image intensifiers and closed circuit television is described and illustrated. The value of this technique in the diagnosis of severe congenital heart disease in the first year of life is stressed. Problems associated with viewing and the analysis of films are discussed. Keywords
