Abstract
Growing Chlorella pyrenoidosa in a continuous-culture apparatus, composition of the medium, CO2 conc., and population density were studied for effects on growth and subsequent photosynthesis. The 2 functions are relatively insensitive to large changes in composition of the medium. Limited provision of CO2 during growth yields cells with a lowered capacity for photosynthesis. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
