Abstract
The report is based on a study of 107 patients with head injury, but without convulsions during the observation period. The patients were studied at intervals varying from 2 to 18 mos. after the injury. A definite effect of time upon the serial electro-encephalogram (Eeg.) findings was noted. The percentage of Eeg. improvement increased as time elapsed after injury. The milder the cranial injury, the greater the likelihood of eventual Eeg. normality. Keywords
