Abstract
Melkersson-Rosenthal''s syndrome [characterized by chronic swelling of the face, peripheral facial palsy and scrotal tongue] is a rare condition, the hereditary nature of which is still in dispute. A family with 7 affected members in 4 generations is described, which provides further evidence for the genetic basis of the syndrome. Keywords
