Abstract
Exact determination of current distribution along a grounding electrode is, in all practical purpose, only solvable by successive approximations. In this paper various methods which solve accurately the most general problem of interconnected electrodes are presented and discussed. One of these methods called herein the Multi Step Analysis seems to have definitive advantages with respect to accuracy, computing time and simplicity. It is hoped that the following will be helpful for those who are concerned with a reasonable accurate design of grounding networks which takes into account the overall parameters of the system. Keywords
