Abstract
Dielectric permeability as a function of temperature and pressure was studied in ceramics Pb(Zr1−X TiX)O3 for 0.44 ≤ × ≤ 0.495. Derivatives dTPF/dp, d(ΔT)/dp were determined. It was ascertained that the morphotropy phase transition takes place at xO=0.465 and that two ferroelectric phases coexist between xR=0.455 and xT=0.47 for p=0 GPa. Dependences dTPF/dp(x) and d(ΔT)/dp(x) may determine the borders of the morphotropy region. Keywords
