Clinical pharmacokinetic studies with lornoxicam.

Abstract
Pharmacokinetic data from several studies in young and elderly human subjects are reviewed. Lornoxicam appears to be extensively metabolized and no unchanged drug has been found in the urine. It has a relatively short elimination half-life (about 4 hours), and no significant differences in pharmacokinetic data have been found between young and elderly volunteers.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
