Abstract
Colorectal cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed malignant diseases, with an estimated 1,023,000 new cases and 529,000 deaths worldwide each year. This review considers recently developed cytotoxic chemotherapies and biologic agents that are effective against colorectal cancer and assesses their use as treatments for metastatic disease and as components of adjuvant therapy. Keywords
