Further Observations on the Flight Range of the Honeybee in Relation to Honey Production

Abstract
Field observations were made near Powell and Laramie, Wyoming, under commercial conditions, on apiaries located one mile within the nectar-producing fields and also 1.2-1.5 miles from these fields out on the bad lands. The latter made only 58.7-79.3% as great gains in weight as the former, but produced a satisfactory honey crop.
