Abstract
Latent carcinoma of the prostate in Japan is reviewed in terms of its prevalence and frequency in different age groups. Analysis of mortality rates in different geographic regions of Japan reflect a predominance of younger men in industrialized areas. Results of combination therapy (radiotherapy and hormonal therapy) are reviewed.Keywords
