Abstract
To examine the influence of fibrin clots, perforated Teflon cylinders were implanted s.c. in rats. Fibrin clots made from both species specific fibrinogen and from a non-species-specific preparation, together with ingrowing granulation tissue, kept the implanted cylinder filled during the 4 wk study period. Interaction between granulation tissue and fibrin clot differed between the 2 fibrin types. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
