Abstract
A direct fractionation procedure involving a high efficiency LC column was used to resolve and isolate the triphenylphosphinedesulfurization products from their crude reaction mixture. Elimination of the reagent and reagent-origin material, and quantitative resolution of a pair of the geometrical isomers in a silica gel binary solvent system were simultaneously accomplished. Keywords
