Abstract
The Career Maturity Inventory Attitude Scale materials were found to provide very little useful information concerning the instrument's reliability. The data that were interpretable showed the scale to have quite modest reliability. The results of an empirical study of the scale's K-R 20 and rational split-half reliability raised further doubts about the adequacy of the instrument's accuracy for interpreting the performance of individual examinees. Keywords
