Abstract
The microwave spectrum of CD3OD has been investigated in the 8–40 GHz region. Lines of the transition have been measured up to the fourth excited torsional state and fitted to Kivelson's semiempirical formula. The moments and product of inertia have been obtained, and the barrier height V3 determined to be 362.8 cm−1.
