Abstract
Fertile duck eggs incubated 7 days at 37[degree]C injd. (in allantois) with mouse brain suspension containing fixed rabies virus (N. I. H.) and incubated at 34-36[degree]C for 14 days. Embryos were made into a 10% suspension which showed mouse I. C. titers from 10-3 to 10-5, Results of mouse vaccination and serum neutralization indicated the antigenicity and specificity of the duck egg virus. Keywords
