Abstract
Equations are derived for the thermal drift of an m.o.s. transistor operated at drain voltages beyond the pinchoff voltage. It is shown that zero temperature coefficient only occurs at one temperature, and that this temperature is a function of the operating point. The theory is compared with practical results.Keywords
