Abstract
The binding constants, quantum yield and temperature dependence of the fluorescence of ionic (1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonate) and neutral (N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine) probes with bovine serum albumin were studied at various values of pH and ionic strength. Based on the data, the nature of sorbing forces and structural properties of the albumin molecule are discussed.
