Abstract
The photo-acoustic response and transmission spectra have been measured in the infrared range for single crystals of SnS. The phonon relaxation time was measured in the same samples by a new thermo-acoustical method. It is possible to obtain the free-carrier concentration from the thermo-acoustical measurements. Keywords
