Abstract
A review of Donnan exclusion and ion exclusion chromatography is presented by extracting the phenomena of ‘‘pure'’ ionic exclusion by ion-exchangers from literature and by giving its theoretical background in terms of Donnan equilibrium distribution, not intending a complete collection of the literature on conventional ion-exclusion chromatography. Keywords
