Dipole moment effects ine+e−→Z→bb¯gwith polarized and unpolarized beams

Abstract
Dipole moment effects for the reaction e+ ebb¯g are analyzed with polarized and unpolarized beams. The real and imaginary parts of the dipole moments are separately examined. The beam polarization significantly enhances the sensitivity to the real part. The effects expected in models of CP violation through neutral and charged Higgs bosons are given. The machine luminosities expected in the near future do not appear adequate to detect the dipole moments expected in such extensions of the standard model.
