Abstract
Hereditary Deafness Associated with Eye DiseaseThere are nine hereditary diseases in which the auditory and visual systems are both affected. The eye lesions involve the lens, bulb, retina or optic nerve. Other parts of the nervous system are sometimes involved.Dominant Saddle Nose, Myopia, Cataract and Hearing LossSeven members in four generations of a family studied by Marshall53 in 1958 had a syndrome including saddle-nose defect, congenital and juvenile cataracts, myopia and hearing loss.
