Abstract
The article reports on ways corporate life cycle can be used to evaluate business strategies. The author focuses management decisions relating to business strategy and organizational structure. The three stages of corporate life cycle, as developed by R. B. Scott, are discussed in detail. The life cycle stages include the small stage, the integrated stage, and the diversified stage. It is suggested that a company's marketing strategy influences its structure. Risk management strategies are also discussed.
