Abstract
Didactic material concerning the concepts revolving at the present time around the problem of language disorders in children. The use of the terms aphasia and other terminologies, methods of describing the impairments found in these children, the apparent increase in the numbers of these cases and the possible reasons why this has occurred are discussed. The language learning system in the normal, the influence of psychosocial factors, sensation, and sensory integration are covered. Servosystem concepts are proving highly valuable in delimiting and describing this condition.Keywords
