Abstract
When injd. into rats, serum of rabbits immunized against rat thrombocytes produced severe, acute, sometimes fatal thrombopenic purpura. Parenteral injn. of rutin partly controlled the purpura and improved capillary resistance, but did not significantly alter bleeding time or the number of thrombocytes or erythrocytes. Keywords
