Abstract
An aqueous solution of potassium chloride tracer was introduced at a central location in the water feed to a trickle bed, and the tracer concentration was measured at various radial positions and bed depths. From the model and parameters of liquid distribution proposed in Part I, tracer concentrations can also be predicted. The predicted and experimental concentrations usually agreed within a few percent, providing an independent evaluation of the flow distribution model. Keywords
