Abstract
The ophthalmological findings in 13 patients with Alport''s syndrome are reported. Special attention was given to the retina and retinal functions. Flecked retinopathy was present in 12 out of the 13 cases. Two cases showed tortuosity of the retinal vessels. Retinal function tests showed no significant abnormalities. This study suggests that in Alport''s syndrome, retinal lesions are more common than has been reported until now. Keywords
