Abstract
Assuming that the absorptive part of KL02μ is due only to the on-mass-shell 2γ intermediate states, several inequalities between 2μ and 2γ decay states of KS0 and KL0 are derived without the assumption of CP conservation. These inequalities, together with the present experimental upper bound on KL02μ, imply that the branching ratio for KS02μ should be greater than 5×107.
