Abstract
The categorization of human lymphosarcomas with immune markers has enriched the prognostic value of WHO classification. The prolymphocytic (centrofollicular) B [bone marrow-derived] type and the null lymphoblastic subtype have a good prognosis while the (T [thymus-derived] or B) immunoblastic type and the T-lymphoblastic subtype have a poor prognosis.
