Abstract
Presentation of CaseA seventy-seven-year-old man entered the hospital because of weakness and mental confusion.Except for prostatism the patient had been in excellent health until eight months previously, when he began to complain of fatigue and intermittent, mild pain in the right side of the abdomen. His appetite diminished, and he lost 15 pounds in weight. Two and a half months before admission hoarseness and a nonproductive cough developed, but cleared spontaneously.
