Abstract
The production cross sections for Li, Be, and B fragments emitted in medium-energy proton and -particle reactions with the C, N, and O nuclei of a nuclear emulsion have been measured. The corresponding results for the -induced and -induced reactions have been compared. Since helium abundance in the universe is about 10%, these reactions must be taken into account when considering the nucleosynthesis of Li, Be, and B.
