Abstract
A quasi-phase-matched LiNbO3 wavelength converter using a ZnO-doped substrate is reported. The normalised conversion efficiency of 450%/W is obtained. Owing to the converter's high damage resistance, difference frequency generation conversion efficiency of −1 dB is achieved at 80°C.Keywords
