Abstract
A simple glassvare washing procedure has been developed which permits rapid and complete binding of cell suspensions to glass roller bottles. By leaving the glass surface in contact with 1 mM Mg(CH3COO)2for a few hours followed by removal of excess Mg(CH3COO)2 and auto-claving, it is possible to obtain a glass surface that is very effective in binding cell suspensions in such roller bottles. This procedure is very effective for glassware which has been extensively washed to remove radioactive materials. Keywords
