Abstract
The clinical and histopathological pattern and the ultrastructural picture of a new case of the adult’s back reticulo-histiocytome, are described. Dysplasic and malignant aspect of the infiltrated cells, confirmed by nuclear anomalies, contrasting with the slowness in evolution of the disease and a good general status, justify the individuality of this disease in the complicated family of reticuloses.
