Abstract
Human plasma kallikrein I (EC 3.4.21.8; MW 93,000) underwent autolytic cleavage to form a protein resembling kallikrein II (MW 85,000) plus a small peptide moiety. Conversion was complete upon storage of kallikrein I solution at 4.degree. C for 7 days. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
