Abstract
Mouse chromosomes have been individually identified through the use of the trypsin-Giemsa (T-G) banding technique. Karyotypes were prepared according to the new standard karyotype of the mouse. Bands obtained with the T-G method correlate with those obtained by other methods, but the T-G technique provides greater detail and demonstrates more bands. Keywords
