Abstract
Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is characterised by slowly progressive dementia with cognitive and perceptual deficits suggestive of bilateral parieto-occipital disease. A case is reported of a patient with PCA and neuropathological findings consistent with Alzheimer's disease.Keywords
